UPDATE: We now have a renter who occupies 2 bedrooms with her 2 1/2 year old son. We are seeking another renter who will have 2 bedrooms, private bathroom, and shared use of all the other facilities. The total rent for the 2nd person is $1250/month, includes all utilities and wifi. Rental is available through March 2024.
