Open to everyone! Come and learn about our community, our site, and our plans!
River Song Cohousing is an intergenerational community of independent households committed to finding purpose and a sense of belonging through working, learning and playing together in a neighborhood designed to make a small and beautiful footprint on the land.
We’re located in beautiful Eugene, Oregon, where we have access to the arts, a vibrant civic life, and a range of outdoor pursuits including walking, hiking, bicycling, and skiing. We’re an hour away from the Oregon Coast and the Dunes.
Our building site is situated in a prime location right along the Willamette River, including the Ruth Bascom river trail that runs along the river. This paved tree-lined path runs for 19.5 miles along both sides of the river, and gives walkers, runners, and bicyclists easy car-free access from our cohousing to downtown Eugene and other points in the city.
We have units of each type available at the moment. Think cohousing might be right for you or someone you know? Drop us a line or give us a call, we’d love to talk!
